Oribtable ("we," "our," or "us") provides 360 visual product displays. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

When a visitor views and interacts with a display, we collect a limited amount of information about their visit. This includes, general information about the device and browser used to access the store, such as IP address and user agent.
We may create aggregated and anonymized data sets from the information described above — data that does not identify any individual merchant, customer, or store — and use it to operate and improve Orbitable, to inform our product development, and to produce marketing content such as benchmarks, case studies, and industry insights.
We will not publish data that identifies your store, or your customers without your permission.
We store data with reputable cloud providers using encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel, and account passwords are stored only in hashed form. We follow industry-standard practices for access control, monitoring, and patching, but no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

We retain merchant account data for as long as the merchant's account is active, or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, or tax obligations
When a merchant uninstalls the app, we honor Shopify's mandatory data-deletion webhooks and remove or anonymize their data within the timeframe required by Shopify's Partner Program.

Orbitable is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Orbitable is operated from, and our infrastructure is primarily located in, the United States. If you use Orbitable from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, and we will provide additional notice (for example, an in-app banner or email) where appropriate.
